Sydney Park

A slow morning at Sydney Park. Coffee, scooters, ducks and kids running wild.
We got up early to meet Sara and her daughter, scooters in tow. They lasted about ten minutes before becoming props for the parents, which feels about right.
The kids hit it off straight away. Harvey was completely mesmerised by the ducks and didn’t want to leave them. Then, five seconds into the playground, he was somehow up a tree.
There were falls, laughs, lots of chasing the girls, and one rescue mission after Harvey climbed a little too high in the climbing frame and Mum had to go in after him.
The kid is fearless.
Simple morning. Good coffee. Happy kids. Good times.
All shot on the Fuji X100V using the Kodak 200 film simulation, which was perfect for the overcast light — adding a bit of warmth, contrast and punch to an otherwise grey morning.… (Except for a few B/Ws).
